Which cheese has the most saturated fat?
Cheese is naturally high in total fat with most of that fat being saturated. Softer cheeses tend to be lower in total fat and saturated fat. Choosing low-fat or fat-free versions of cheeses will mean fewer grams of saturated fat as well.
