Which fruits contain the most vitamin C?
When it comes to Vitamin C, tropical and citrus fruits are the way to go. It may be tempting to get this vitamin from a bottle of fruit juice that boasts, "100% Vitamin C", but you'll get more beneficial nutrients (and fewer calories) by eating the whole fruit.
