Which dairy products have the most protein?
Lowfat and nonfat cottage cheese and yogurt are great, healthy sources of protein. Greek yogurt has about twice as much protein as regular yogurt (though regular yogurt contains more calcium). While cheese is also high in protein, keep in mind that it is also high in calories and saturated fat.
